The life changers forum of HFDI has impacted positively in no small way to the economic development of individual, especially his the rural communities in Kwara state. A Fulani cattle rarer who lives and work in Irafere, Mallam Azeez Abubakare while explaining how the LCF transformed his life, said he now has his own cattle farm in the village. This he said was made possible through the loan he received from the LCF.
Before now, Abubakar worked with his elder brother also in Irafere where he served day and night in the farm, but today he is an independent person with his own business. He has flourishing cattle in Irafere village and his standard of living has improved immensely. Also, his wife and his family unlike before when he was working for his brother, who determines how he should live his life for him indirectly. He now believes that working for others is an advanced slavery and he is glad he is on his own and doing good now.
